Data Deletion Instructions

Last updated: September 25, 2026

You can request deletion of eligible personal information that EOSBAS controls. The steps below explain what to send, how we verify a request, and how requests involving client-operated workflows or third-party messaging are handled.

01 / Data Deletion Instructions

How to submit a deletion request

Email admin@eosbas.com with the subject Data Deletion Request. Tell us which EOSBAS interaction or account the request concerns, and provide the email address or phone number used so we can locate the relevant record. If you contacted a specific business that uses an EOSBAS workflow, identify that business as well.

Provide only enough detail to locate the record. Do not email unnecessary medical records, passwords, identity documents or other highly sensitive information with the initial request. We will explain if further verification is needed.

02 / Data Deletion Instructions

Identity verification

Before acting, we may ask for information reasonably needed to confirm that you are the person concerned or are authorized to make the request. We may need to clarify which information is involved or refer the request to a client that controls it. Verification is intended to protect information from unauthorized deletion.

03 / Data Deletion Instructions

Information that may be eligible

Eligible information may include EOSBAS-held website and demo enquiries, business correspondence, contact details or operational records that EOSBAS itself controls and no longer needs to retain. Eligibility depends on the circumstances, the applicable law and our legitimate obligations. You may also ask us to correct information or opt out of promotional communications without asking us to delete every record.

04 / Data Deletion Instructions

Information we may need to retain

Some information may need to be kept for applicable legal, security, fraud-prevention, dispute, accounting or contractual reasons. Where an exception applies, we may retain only what is reasonably needed for that purpose and explain the limitation when we respond, where appropriate.

05 / Data Deletion Instructions

Backups and archival copies

Deleted live records may remain temporarily in backups or archival systems until routine replacement or expiration, subject to technical and legal limits. We aim to prevent deleted information from returning to active use unless restoration is necessary for a legitimate reason, and to handle such information consistently with the request where feasible.

06 / Data Deletion Instructions

Information controlled by an EOSBAS client

EOSBAS can directly delete only information that it controls. If EOSBAS processed information on behalf of a clinic or another client in a client-operated workflow, that client may control the record and determine how the request is handled. Please contact the business you interacted with where possible; if you contact us, we can direct or relay your request as appropriate under the client relationship. We cannot independently promise to delete a client’s records or records in systems outside our control.

07 / Data Deletion Instructions

WhatsApp, Meta and other providers

We can review information EOSBAS controls from a WhatsApp interaction. Meta, WhatsApp or another messaging, email or CRM provider may also hold information independently under its own systems, retention rules and policies. A request sent to EOSBAS does not automatically delete those providers’ independent records. If the WhatsApp conversation was with an EOSBAS client, that client may need to handle its copy of the conversation.

Processing and confirmation

We generally aim to process verified eligible deletion requests within 30 days, subject to applicable law, complexity and any legitimate retention requirements. We will respond with the outcome or explain if more information, additional time, a client decision or a legal exception is involved. We cannot guarantee deletion of data controlled by other organizations.

09 / Data Deletion Instructions

Communications and marketing opt-out

If you only want promotional communications to stop, email admin@eosbas.com with the subject “Marketing Opt-Out” or reply to the relevant message. An opt-out does not require deletion of all records, and operational responses to an active enquiry may still be necessary.
