About EOSBAS
EOS Business Automation Systems (EOSBAS) is operated by Enterprise Operational Systems (SMC-Private) Limited, based in Islamabad, Pakistan. These terms describe use of the public website and initial business enquiries. A separate written agreement may govern an actual product deployment or services engagement.
02 / Terms of Service
Use of the website
You may browse the website and contact us for legitimate business purposes. Please do not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit unlawful material or misrepresent your identity or authority. Content is provided to explain our current offerings and may be updated.
03 / Terms of Service
Enquiries and pre-contract discussions
Submitting a form, sending a message, requesting a demo or joining a discussion allows us to consider and reply to the request. Information exchanged at this stage is preliminary and does not itself establish an obligation to provide or purchase a service.
04 / Terms of Service
No automatic contract formation
A website enquiry, demo request, email or exploratory discussion does not create a paid services contract. Any engagement requires agreement on its scope and commercial terms through an appropriate written arrangement.
05 / Terms of Service
Paid engagements and written scope
Products and professional services may be governed by separate proposals, statements of work, service agreements, order forms or other written agreements. Those documents may specify deliverables, fees, milestones, data responsibilities, support and acceptance criteria. Where a signed written agreement conflicts with these website terms, that agreement governs the engagement to the extent of the conflict.
06 / Terms of Service
Products and automation services
EOSBAS offers repeatable operational products and services that may include workflow design, integration and custom automation. Availability and functionality depend on the agreed scope, configuration, connected systems and the client’s operating rules. Examples on this website illustrate possible workflows; they are not a promise that every feature fits every environment.
07 / Terms of Service
Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate process information, relevant permissions, authorized access to systems, lawful instructions, appropriate notices and approvals, and qualified staff for tasks requiring human judgment. Each client remains responsible for its own services, customer relationships and regulated activities.
08 / Terms of Service
Healthcare limitations
EOSBAS provides operational automation, not healthcare services. It does not provide diagnosis, medical advice, treatment recommendations or autonomous clinical decision-making. Clinical teams remain responsible for professional judgment, direct patient care and any required review or approval.
09 / Terms of Service
AI and automation limitations
AI-assisted classification, summarization and routing may produce errors, incomplete summaries or unsuitable suggestions. Configured rules, testing and human review help manage those limits but do not eliminate them. Clients must assess outputs before relying on them for consequential decisions and set appropriate boundaries for their use case.
10 / Terms of Service
Third-party platforms and integrations
Workflows may depend on messaging services, CRM systems, calendar providers, email, hosting or other third-party tools. Integration is subject to the provider’s APIs, permissions, terms, service availability and agreed scope. EOSBAS does not guarantee that every platform can be connected or that external services will be uninterrupted.
11 / Terms of Service
WhatsApp and messaging services
Messaging features may be subject to WhatsApp, Meta and other providers’ rules, account approvals, templates, rate limits and policies. Clients using messaging channels are responsible for appropriate notices, consent where required, and compliant communication practices. A provider may change, restrict or suspend access independently.
12 / Terms of Service
Acceptable use
Do not use the website or any agreed automation to send unlawful, deceptive or unsolicited messages, infringe rights, compromise security, process information without required authority, or circumvent service-provider restrictions. A client’s specific permitted uses may be further defined in its written agreement.
13 / Terms of Service
Intellectual property
EOSBAS names, branding, website design and materials are owned by the operator or its licensors, subject to applicable law. Browsing the website does not transfer any intellectual property right. Ownership and permitted use of deliverables, client materials and custom development are governed by the applicable written engagement.
14 / Terms of Service
Client data
Clients retain responsibility for information they supply or control and for instructions concerning its processing. EOSBAS’s access and use of client data are limited by the agreed scope and applicable agreement. The Privacy Policy describes the distinction between EOSBAS’s own information and client-controlled workflows.
15 / Terms of Service
Confidentiality where applicable
Confidentiality obligations for an engagement are set out in any applicable non-disclosure agreement, service agreement or other written terms. Do not send sensitive patient information through general website or demo enquiry channels.
16 / Terms of Service
Fees and payment
Prices, invoices, payment dates, expenses and any taxes for paid work are governed by the relevant proposal, statement of work, order form or service agreement. This website does not establish a price or payment obligation merely by displaying an offering or receiving an enquiry.
17 / Terms of Service
No guaranteed business outcome
EOSBAS does not guarantee revenue, conversion rates, lead volume, appointment volume or any particular business result. Outcomes depend on factors including the client’s operations, staff, demand, connected systems and third-party services.
18 / Terms of Service
Website and service availability
We aim to maintain a useful website and reliable agreed services, but availability may be affected by maintenance, network issues, provider changes, security events and other circumstances. Specific uptime, support or service-level commitments exist only if expressly included in a written agreement.
19 / Terms of Service
Privacy and security
Our handling of information for website and business purposes is described in the Privacy Policy. Specific security and processing responsibilities for client engagements may be set out in separate written terms. No system can be represented as absolutely secure.
20 / Terms of Service
Disclaimers
Website descriptions and illustrative interface examples are general information, not clinical, legal or financial advice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website is provided as available, without a promise that it will be error-free, uninterrupted or suitable for every business purpose. Nothing here excludes a right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
21 / Terms of Service
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, EOSBAS and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising solely from use of this public website. This does not limit liability where it cannot lawfully be limited. Liability for a paid engagement is governed by the applicable written agreement, subject to mandatory law.
22 / Terms of Service
Suspension and termination
We may restrict access to the public website where reasonably necessary to address misuse, security or legal concerns. Suspension, termination and transition of a paid engagement are governed by its written terms and applicable law.
23 / Terms of Service
Changes to these terms
We may revise these website terms as operations or legal requirements change. The updated version will be published here with a revised date. Material changes to a separately signed agreement require the process set out in that agreement.
24 / Terms of Service
Governing law and courts
These website terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes concerning these website terms are subject to the competent courts of Islamabad, Pakistan, except where applicable mandatory law requires otherwise. A separate written agreement may contain its own dispute provisions.
